2⃣ LỰA CHỌN NHÀ ĐIỀU HÀNH (Genesis) :

6⃣ QUẢN TRỊ & NÂNG CẤP GIAO THỨC :

* Bất kỳ Nhà Điều Hành nào cũng có thể tạm dừng giao thức hoặc đưa Node spam vào Blacklist
* Việc duy trì tạm dừng / gỡ Blacklist cần sự đồng thuận của nhiều bộ đồng xử lý
🔸 Lạm dụng quyền sẽ bị Slashing (cắt giảm Stake) → đảm bảo phản ứng nhanh với vấn đề nghiêm trọng đồng thời giữ tính trung thực.
