What's the P2P Merchant Program?
The Merchant Program is specially curated for the community of experienced crypto P2P users who are set to provide crypto liquidity in the marketplace. Merchants get to enjoy zero fees when they trade, and the higher tier you're at, the more benefits you'll reap.
What are the available tiers in Merchant Program?
This program consists of three tiers, which are Lite, Super and Diamond Merchant:
Higher merchant tiers enjoy more benefits and features
Users that have completed their verification will become Lite Makers, which can enjoy access to basic features such as posting sell ads, having up to 5 pending orders, and trading up to 10,000 USD per sell ad.

How do I apply and become a Super Merchant?
Anyone who has met security and trading statistics requirements can apply to become a Super Merchant.
You can apply by following the steps below:
Go to Menu > P2P Trading > P2P > Profile > Become a Super Merchant to submit your application.
Before applying, make sure you meet all of the following requirements:
Complete identity verification
Meet the minimum number of completed orders
Account registered for more than 30 days
Meet the required order completion rate
Next, our team will thoroughly check the account for compliance with security rules and requirements for statistics and trading behavior to see if you're a good fit.
How do I apply and become a Diamond Merchant?
The Diamond Merchant status is granted only to experienced and secure merchants, taking into account your trading volume, speed, and quality of service. Once you become Diamond Merchant, the status will be reviewed on a monthly basis.
You can apply by following the steps below:
Go to Menu > P2P Trading > P2P > Profile > Become a Super Merchant to apply.
Before applying, you need to:
Complete identity verification
Account registered for more than 30 days
Ensure your main account holds the required deposit amount
Meet the required order completion rate
Will I be charged any service fee to join the Merchant Program?
There's no service fee to become a Super/Diamond Merchant or to post ads on our P2P marketplace, but there might be bank/wallet charges when you send or receive payment with your preferred payment method outside of our platform. Check with your payment service provider on the applicable fees.
How long does it take for the Merchant application to get approval?
If you've applied to become Super or Diamond Merchant, please allow 14 business days for the review to be completed. If you've applied to downgrade, we will get back to you within 7 business days.
