Completion of Futures Database Upgrade
Dear valued customers, We have completed the futures database upgrade at 20:00 Sep 9, 2018 (HKT), earlier than expected. Although all services remained normal during the upgrade, some of our users might have received the error message “server internal error” within a short period of time, which was caused by the change of our operational servers. However, please rest assured that the error would not cause any issues to your account and assets. Dear valued customers, Due to the huge amount of futures trading bills stored in our database, it is essential for us do perform a data migration from 09pm-10pm on Jul 27, 2018 (Hong Kong time). During the migration, you will only be able to check the futures trading bills of the last 15 days. We expect that the data migration will take approximately one week.
