Enhanced Liquidity Program (ELP) Maker Order Fee Adjustment

Dear OKX Users,

Please be advised that OKX will update the Maker fee structure for the Enhanced Liquidity Program (ELP) effective May 20, 2026 at 18:00–20:00 (UTC+10). ELP is an only-limit order type designed to enhance liquidity and improve execution quality for users across specific OKX entities. ELP orders match against orders from App, web, and OpenAPI with a built-in speed bump (delay protection). This fee adjustment applies to ELP Maker orders only and affects users whose effective fee tier is at VIP 7, 8, or 9. Users affected by this fee adjustment are encouraged to review the changes set out in this notice carefully and assess the impact on their trading strategies.

*OKX reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify or postpone the effective dates of these fee changes as necessary. For more details, please refer to OKX Enhanced Liquidity Program page.

Key Changes

ELP Maker Order Fee Adjustment for VIP 7, 8, and 9

Effective May 20, 2026 at 18:00–20:00 (UTC+10), the Maker fee for ELP orders placed by users whose effective fee tier is VIP 7, VIP 8, or VIP 9 will be adjusted to 50% of the standard Maker fee (Standard Maker Fee × 0.5). Users whose effective fee tier falls within Regular through VIP 6 are not affected by this adjustment.
This adjustment applies across all business lines, covering ELP Maker orders for the following products: Spot, Perpetual, Expiry Futures, and Options. The fees shown in the tables below are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not represent all trading pairs.

This adjustment applies to ELP Maker orders for the following products: Spot, Perpetual, Expiry Futures, and Options.

*Note: This adjustment is based on the fee tier applied to the user's actual trading activity, not the user's native VIP account level. For example, a user with OKX platform VIP tier VIP 6 who benefits from a Spot market-making VIP 9 under the Market Maker Program will have their ELP Maker orders processed under the rules for fee tier VIP 9, with the Standard Maker Fee × 0.5 applied.
