1. Is there a limit on how many times I can change my residence? What should I do if I reach the maximum number of changes?

You can only change your residence three times. After that, you will not be able to make any further changes. Please keep track of your changes.

2. I previously changed my residence, but now I can't modify it. (Nationality: China)

If both your nationality and residence are in China, you cannot change your country of residence or any other information.

3. I cannot change my residence? (There are ongoing orders or Grow projects)

You can only change your residence after your open orders or earn orders are the transaction is completed or canceled.

4. I cannot change my residence? (The account mode needs to be in spot mode.)

You need to switch your account mode to spot mode before you can change your residence. To switch, follow this path: Click the "transaction" button at the bottom of the Home page, then click the more icon in the top right corner, select "Transaction Settings," go to "Account Mode," and choose "Spot Mode."

5. Can I change my residence to a country that is not supported (such as the United States)?

You cannot choose a residence in unsupported countries or regions.

6. Does changing your residence affect P2P trading?

Changing your residence will not affect your P2P trading. However, due to differences in supported currencies and features across countries or regions, modifying your residence may result in restrictions or loss of certain functionalities. Please refer to the rules applicable to your new residence.
